If a floor we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and make it right - for as long as you own the floor. Here is exactly what that covers, what it does not, and how a claim works.
Workmanship means everything that was in our hands: preparation, repair, moisture handling, mixing, and application. If any of that was the cause of a failure, the fix is on us.
Peeling, delamination, or bubbling of the coating from the slab where our preparation or application is the cause.
Application defects in the system itself - improper mix, missed coverage, or a top coat that fails prematurely under normal use.
We meter every slab. If we read it, called it dry, and ground moisture still lifted the coating, that is our call and our fix.
An honest warranty names its limits up front. These are failures caused by things outside our workmanship.
New cracks from settling, heaving, seismic movement, or structural changes in the concrete itself.
Gouges from dropped or dragged steel, chemical spills far beyond the system’s rating, fire, or modification by another contractor.
If meter readings called for a moisture vapor barrier and it was declined to save cost, moisture-driven failure is excluded.
No forms, no runaround. The same person who installed your floor answers the claim.
Send a photo of the issue to (360) 220-7631 or email sales@evergreenepoxyflooring.com.
Jack inspects in person, tells you plainly whether it is a workmanship issue, and explains what happened either way.
Warranty work is scheduled like a real job, not shuffled behind new installs, and done with the same system and standards.

Coatings fail from skipped preparation, not old age: no grinding, no moisture meter, no crack repair. We diamond grind every concrete slab, meter every slab, and repair before we coat - so standing behind the work for life costs us almost nothing, because we almost never go back.
The written warranty in your signed installation agreement is the governing document. This page is the plain-English version of it, and if anything here reads differently than your contract, the contract controls. Licensed, bonded, and insured - WA Reg #EVERGEF753LD.
That is the actual product. Call Jack, get your number, and get a floor backed for as long as you own it.
