WHO IT'S FOR

Shower & Bath Flake Remodel, matched to your project

THE SYSTEM

Layer by layer. Zero shortcuts.

A floor is only as good as what's under it. This is exactly what you're buying.

1. Masking & Fixture Removal

Entries, vanity, tub and windows are masked; shower heads, nozzles and valves come off so every surface coats clean behind them.

2. Grinding

Shower walls, pan and bathroom floor are ground to a bondable profile - tile included.

3. Grout + First Flake Broadcast

The build coat goes on walls and floor with the first flake broadcast worked in.

4. Second Broadcast + Polyaspartic

A second broadcast fills the system, then a polyaspartic coat locks the flake.

5. Sand & Polyaspartic Top Coat

Walls are sanded smooth to the touch and a final polyaspartic top coat goes over everything - one continuous surface.

REMODEL OR NEW CONSTRUCTION

This system is not just a tile resurfacing. On remodels we go right over existing tile with no demolition - and on new construction we install directly over green board, and build a dry pack shower pan sloped to the drain before the seamless flake system goes on. Tell your builder: no tile setter, no grout, one warranty.

SEE THE TRANSFORMATION

Same bathroom. No demolition.

Drag the handle - the flake system went on right over the existing tile. No tear-out, no dumpster, no weeks of dust.

FLAKE SIZES & COLORS

Three flake sizes. Endless color.

1/4" Flake

The classic. Boldest texture and the deepest color blending - our standard broadcast for garages, shops and commercial floors.

1/8" Flake

The refined middle. Tighter, denser speckle that reads calmer at eye level - a favorite for interiors, basements and showers.

1/16" Flake

The fine grind. Smoothest feel underfoot and the most subtle finish - beautiful on bathroom walls, pans and counters.

QUESTIONS

Shower & Bath Flake Remodel, answered

Why flake instead of tile?

No grout lines to scrub or re-seal, no cracked tiles, one seamless waterproof surface from pan to ceiling line - and a fraction of the demolition a tile remodel needs.

Is this only for existing tile showers?

No. On remodels we coat right over existing tile with no demolition - and on new construction we install directly over green board and build a dry pack shower pan sloped to the drain. Builders get a finished, seamless, waterproof surround with no tile setter and one warranty.

How long does a bathroom take?

About five working days for a full shower and floor system, each coat curing overnight. You are showering on it days after we leave, not months.

Is it actually waterproof?

Yes - the system is continuous across walls, corners and pan with no seams to fail. It is the same chemistry we trust on commercial floors, detailed for wet rooms.

Can you go over my existing tile?

Usually yes - tile is ground and built over, which is exactly what saves you the demolition, disposal and weeks of a traditional remodel.
