Concrete overlay finished into hardwood planks - taped, layered and sealed - the warmth of wood with none of the water worry. Almost nobody else in the Northwest installs this.
A floor is only as good as what's under it. This is exactly what you're buying.
The slab or subfloor is prepped, then a concrete overlay base coat establishes the field.
A pigmented overlay trowel coat lays down the base wood tone.
Plank lines are taped out over the trowel coat - widths and layout designed with you - creating the board pattern.
A second, differently pigmented overlay goes over the taped field; pulling the tape reveals crisp plank lines with natural tonal variation board to board.
An acrylic sealer system locks it in - the warmth of wood with concrete behavior.

Every one of these is designed to the space and spec - we walk it, measure it, and give you a fixed written number. Commercial and municipal projects get itemized, bid-ready documentation.

No - it is concrete overlay finished as wood plank: a pigmented trowel coat, taped plank lines, and a contrasting overlay pass that leaves crisp boards with natural variation. You get the warmth of hardwood where real wood fails: basements, bathrooms, slab-on-grade homes and wet climates.
Comparable to quality hardwood installation, but it never cups, squeaks, rots or needs refinishing from water damage - which is why it makes sense in the Northwest.
Basements, main floors on slab, kitchens, even bathrooms - anywhere you want wood looks and concrete behavior.
Fully: plank width, grain character, stain tones and sheen are designed with you from samples before we carve a single board.
Three quick steps - we reply within one business day, usually same day.
