Metallic floors start at $20 per square foot installed, including the standard moisture vapor barrier. Slab condition, square footage and finish set the final number - you get an exact fixed quote after a free on-site walkthrough.
Typically 3 to 4 working days: grinding and repair, moisture barrier where needed, the metallic pour, then the urethane top coat. Light foot traffic returns about 24 hours after the final coat.
Yes. Under the decorative layer is a 100% solids epoxy body with a urethane wear coat - the same chemistry we install commercially. It wipes clean and never needs waxing.
