A seamless, single-color 100% solids epoxy body under a urethane wear coat. The crisp, modern look for garages, basements, shops and back-of-house commercial.
A floor is only as good as what's under it. This is exactly what you're buying.
Every floor starts at bare, profiled concrete. We grind - never acid etch - so the system bonds mechanically to the slab instead of sitting on top of it.
Cracks, spalls, pits and low spots are repaired and flattened before anything goes down. The finish only ever looks as good as the prep underneath it.
Northwest slabs push ground moisture, and moisture is what lifts coatings. A dedicated MVB coat rated to 24 lbs per 1,000 sq ft per 24 hours goes down first on every one of these floors - ordinary coatings alone tolerate only about 3 lbs.
A pigmented, 100% solids epoxy body coat in your color - self-leveling, seamless and dense, with pigments from JP Resin and Torginol's solid color palettes.
A clear urethane top coat takes the traffic. Grit additive is optional - we size it to your use, from smooth interior to wet-garage traction.

Every one of these is designed to the space and spec - we walk it, measure it, and give you a fixed written number. Commercial and municipal projects get itemized, bid-ready documentation.

Yes. The body is the same 100% solids epoxy we use commercially, under a urethane wear coat. It shrugs off tools, jacks and tire traffic, and wipes clean.
Grit additive is optional and sized to your use - full traction for a wet Northwest garage, smoother underfoot for finished interior spaces. We set it with you before the top coat goes down.
Every solid color floor we install gets a dedicated moisture vapor barrier coat as standard - rated to 24 lbs per 1,000 sq ft per 24 hours, where ordinary coatings alone tolerate only about 3 lbs. On Northwest slabs we treat moisture protection as part of the system, not an upsell.
We pull from JP Resin and Torginol solid color pigment lines - from clean architectural grays and whites to deep custom tones - plus custom pigment matches on request. We confirm your pick with samples before install day.
Three quick steps - we reply within one business day, usually same day.
