A floor is only as good as what's under it. This is exactly what you're buying.
1. Diamond Grinding
Every floor starts at bare, profiled concrete. We grind - never acid etch - so the system bonds mechanically to the slab instead of sitting on top of it.
2. Crack & Surface Repair
Cracks, spalls, pits and low spots are repaired and flattened before anything goes down. The finish only ever looks as good as the prep underneath it.
3. OPTIONAL - Moisture Vapor BarrierMOISTURE DEPENDENT
We meter every slab at the walkthrough. If readings run high, a dedicated MVB coat rated to 24 lbs per 1,000 sq ft per 24 hours goes under the system - ordinary coatings alone tolerate only about 3 lbs. We won't know if your slab needs it until we test it, and we price it as its own visible line, never a surprise.
4. Pigmented Base + Flake to Refusal
A pigmented base coat is rolled wet, and flake is broadcast until the floor literally will not take any more - you see flake edge to edge, never base coat.
5. Scrape & Vacuum
Loose flake is scraped and vacuumed back to a smooth, even profile before sealing.
6. Polyaspartic Top Coat
The UV-stable wear layer that takes hot tires, road salt, dropped tools and sun without yellowing.

We install Torginol flake - the industry standard - and blends are effectively unlimited: pick a stock blend or build your own custom mix to match any space or brand.

The timeless 1/4" vinyl flake system - seamless, decorative, resilient. Hundreds of stock blends or fully custom mixes.

Multiple flake sizes and types combined into one-of-a-kind blends - Terrazzo, Stone and Mica Enhanced series for a richer, stone-like read.
UV+ Flake
Built for outside - driveways, patios and porches - with UV and weather resistance baked into the flake itself.

The classic. Boldest texture and the deepest color blending - our standard broadcast for garages, shops and commercial floors.

The refined middle. Tighter, denser speckle that reads calmer at eye level - a favorite for interiors, basements and showers.

The fine grind. Smoothest feel underfoot and the most subtle finish - beautiful on bathroom walls, pans and counters.
