WHO IT'S FOR

Barbershop & Salon Floors, matched to your project

THE SYSTEM

Layer by layer. Zero shortcuts.

A floor is only as good as what's under it. This is exactly what you're buying.

1. Diamond Grinding

Every floor starts at bare, profiled concrete. We grind - never acid etch - so the system bonds mechanically to the slab instead of sitting on top of it.

2. Crack & Surface Repair

Cracks, spalls and low spots are repaired and flattened first. In a shop full of mirrors and track lighting, every flaw in the slab would telegraph through - so none are left.

3. Moisture Vapor Barrier - standard on this system

Every metallic floor we pour gets a dedicated MVB coat rated to 24 lbs per 1,000 sq ft per 24 hours. Wash stations put water on this floor daily - the slab under it stays sealed off for good.

4. Hand-Worked Metallic Layer

100% solids metallic epoxy, poured and worked by hand with pigments from JP Resin and Torginol. The marbling never repeats - no other shop will ever have your floor.

5. Urethane Wear Coat

A clear urethane top coat built for commercial traffic - it shrugs off hair dye, bleach, developer and barbicide, holds up under hydraulic chairs and rolling stools, and comes in the sheen you choose. Anti-slip additive available at wash stations.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BOOKINGS

A typical shop floor goes in over a weekend: we start after your last client Friday, and the floor takes foot traffic again before Monday's first appointment. For larger salons we phase the install station by station so you never close. Flake (from a fixed written quote) and solid color epoxy (from a fixed written quote) are available when you want the same durability with a different look or budget.

QUESTIONS

Barbershop & Salon Floors, answered

Will hair dye, bleach or developer stain the floor?

No. The urethane wear coat is built for exactly this - dye, bleach, developer and barbicide wipe up without a mark, even if they sit for a while. That is a big part of why salons move off of sealed concrete, LVP and tile grout.

Can you install without closing my shop?

Yes. A typical shop floor goes in over a weekend - we start after your last client Friday and the floor takes foot traffic again before Monday morning. Larger salons can be phased station by station so you keep taking clients the whole time.

Will hydraulic chairs and rolling stools damage it?

No. The system is 100% solids epoxy under a commercial urethane wear coat - hydraulic bases, rolling stools and rolling carts are everyday loads for it. Chair mats become a style choice, not a necessity.

How do I clean hair off it?

One pass of a dust mop or squeegee. The floor is completely seamless - no grout lines, no plank edges, no transitions for hair and product to collect in. Daily cleanup takes minutes, and it photographs clean because it is clean.

What does a barbershop floor cost?

Metallic runs including the standard moisture vapor barrier. Flake floors start at a fixed written quote and solid color epoxy at a fixed written quote if you want the same durability with a different look. Walkthroughs are free and the quote is a fixed written number.
